We offer eight integrated services: Canteen / Tuckshop online ordering, Uniforms Online Shop, Events Online, School Formals, School Sports, Fundraising Online, Point of Sale for the front counter and Bookings for uniform-fitting appointments.

Canteen / Tuckshop: 28 cents (incl. GST) per order, per family, per day, regardless of how many meals are ordered. Uniforms, Events and Fundraising: a minimum of 35 cents (incl. GST) or 1.5% of the transaction value. The school can pass the fee on or absorb it.

Parents use one login across the tuckshop, uniform shop and events, and can pay with a shared eWallet, debit card or credit card.

Yes. Events Online handles seated events, and guests can purchase tickets without registering. Authorised school staff can track all payments received and tickets sold.

Setting up your online shop is simple and free — we do it for you, and your convenor can easily maintain everything afterwards. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll take it from there.

Small, medium and large schools, P&Cs (Parents and Citizens associations) and sports organisations across Australia.

There is no minimum transaction amount. Secure transactions, advanced reporting and analytics are included.

Point of Sale connects your physical and online school shops, so stock and accounts are tracked in one integrated system—with no double handling and stocktake reports available in minutes.

Schools can create appointment calendars so parents can book available times for uniform fittings. The module is free for schools with Uniform Shop access.

Yes. Parents can order meals for multiple children and several days in a single transaction, making regular school ordering quicker and easier.

Parents can use School Shop Online through the website or via the mobile app available from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Open your school’s School Shop Online link, sign in or create a parent account, choose the available meals and meal sessions, then complete payment using the options provided by your school.

Yes. Where the school has enabled the Uniform Shop, parents can order available uniforms, books and stationery online. The same shop can also connect with the school’s front-counter sales and inventory.

Yes. School events can be configured so guests purchase tickets without creating an account. Availability, ticket types and seating options depend on how the school sets up the event.

Where enabled, schools and P&Cs can use the Fundraising service for online campaigns, donations and raffle ticket sales, with activity and transaction information available for administration.
