Who pays the fee — the school or parents?

The school has the choice: pass the small fee on to parents at checkout, or absorb it. Either way it's a minimum of 35 cents or 1.5% per transaction (28 cents flat for canteen orders).

Is there a setup cost?

Setting up your online shop is simple and free — the School Shop Online team does it for you, and your convenor can easily maintain everything afterwards.

How do parents pay?

Parents use one login across the tuckshop, uniform shop and events, and can pay with a shared eWallet, debit card or credit card.

Is there a minimum transaction?

There is no minimum transaction amount. Secure transactions, advanced reporting and analytics are included.

Is the Bookings module free?

Yes. The Bookings module is free for schools with Uniform Shop access.
