Registration


Can a student be registered by different parent and guardians?

Yes. Each user can register a child. The account is under the user name. As an example, a Guardian can register several students.

Can I change my login details?

No. Your login address will always remain the same. You can change your email address where correspondence such as order confirmation will be sent. Upon logging, go to 'My Account', select 'Edit Account details' and update the email notification field

How do I view my 'eWallet' transactions?

Go to 'My Account', View eWallet

How long does it take for my eWallet to be updated?

The EFT transaction will take up to 48 hours to appear in your eWallet account. Debit and credit cards transfers will appear immediately. Please bear in mind that transferring funds using EFT is free of charge but using credit card to top up your eWallet will incur credit card fees of 30 cents plus 1.5%.

To add an eWallet if you had not created one when registering for the first time, go to 'My Account' Select 'Edit account details and answer the questions.

How do I top up my eWallet?

There are two ways to top up your eWallet; either via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our bank account or via debit/credit card. Charges apply if top-up via debit/credit cards

How do I activate my child's class as it is not active

Go to My Account and edit your student details to change to the new class name. Click on the cross and the student's account will be activated.

My student name does not appear in the drop down list!

You need to Enrol/Add the student. Click on 'My Students' Tab, then 'Add/Edit Student' icon. Click on the appropriate action tab. - 'Add Existing Student or 'Add New Student'. Follow the prompt.

The class is not listed.

Please contact the school to advise them to update the class list or fill in the contact us form and we will contact the school to update their class details.

Can I order for many children in one order?

Yes, place the order for one child, then press continue shopping and order for the second child.

How do I choose a size?

You will see a dropdown box to choose size or colour if there are attributes

How do I view my past transactions?

Select 'My Account', then 'View Orders'

How do I know if my order is successful?

For every successful order you will receive an automatic email to the registered email address. (the registered email address can be update in "My Account' - 'My Profile'.

If my child is leaving the school and I decide to close my account, will any remaining funds in my eWallet be refunded?

Yes, any remaining balance will be refunded upon request in your nominated bank account.
